  1. OK, let me clarify my earlier post, and see about one other "feature" I've run 
  2. across in 4.0.

  4. I want to use the Chameleon Mailer from 4.0 without being hooked into the net 
  5. at the time. What happens if I do that is that I have to wait for the sucker 
  6. to time out trying to make a connection when I first bring it up, and 
  7. preparing a message to send causes it to wait, again, to time out to figure 
  8. out it should put it in the out box. I've read the manual, I've looked at the 
  9. configuration stuff, and I don't see an option to change this default 
  10. behavior. Is there a way?

  12. My other question comes from problems with the FTP tool. As in 3.1, FTP'ing to 
  13. sites like nyx.cs.du.edu causes a connection to occur, but no directory 
  14. listing shows up. If I want to move multiple files, and the directory listing 
  15. doesn't show so I can select multiple, I can't seem to do it since it doesn't 
  16. seem to want to accept wildcards. Any way to do this?

  18. Note: I use, and recommend, Chameleon. This is not a dig or a put down, just 
  19. an attempt to figure out how to make a good product better.
